Great new novice rigging guide from Kaua`i Sailing, Hawaii

Topper coaches Shale and Julie from Kaua`i Sailing Association in Hawaii have been busy putting togther a fun, easy to understand guide to rigging the Topper, suitable for novice sailors and those new to the Topper alike.
