ITCA World provides the worldwide organisation for the numerous National Topper Class Associations across the globe.

Our role is to promote International Topper racing, help introduce Topper sailing to new regions and support fun, fair and competitive sailing for junior, youth and light adult sailors. ITCA World organises and runs the Topper 5.3 and 4.2 World Championships each year, as well as arranging the Asian/Pacific Championships.

We can help train local Topper coaches and can provide grants for sailors from World Sailing designated emerging nations to attend World Championships.
